CASANOVA INN is a three-storey stone-made building with a powerful reinforced concrete framework, multiple open and covered loggias, designed with the help of noble kinds of woods.

On the first floor, you will find athletic hall, sauna and the bar. The kitchen, dining room and cozy lounge looking at the terrace and already known to you “Casanova” balconies are situated on the second floor. The third floor incorporates three independently designed bed-rooms with their own verandas, bathrooms and restrooms.

You can access sauna and the bar from here and eleven steps down you will find your-self on the lower level of the park with the “Stumps” café on the left-hand side and solar-bath meadow on the right. Open-air breakfast can be served here for you. In case of rain, which is an often guest here, you can enter the house directly from this level and enjoy the heat of the fireplace.

Breakfast is included, and dinner and supper will be served by individual orders. Here you can enjoy most appetizing and delicious dishes of Armenian and Georgian kitchen, prepared by the hostess.

The resort area is teeming with sightseeing – Parz Lich (Clear Lake), Haghartsin and Goshavanq monasteries, Vanadzor and Ijevan towns, Lake Sevan are within 30 minutes’ drive from here.

CASANOVA INN has permanent supply of hot water and heating, is equipped with international telephone, fax machine, satellite TV and internet. Sauna, swimming pool and transportation are provided based on individual orders.

Bed linen daily change and house cleaning twice per day are included.
