The Avan Marak Tsapatagh hotel is located in a lovely village on the eastern shore of Lake Sevan. It features 34 rooms (to accommodate ninety guests), including duplexes, large and small rooms as well as suites. Other attractions include an outdoor swimming pool, beach cabin, hot tub, table tennis, and billiards. The Zanazan Restaurant overlooks the lake and features an open terrace. There is seating for 120.

The complex is designed to accommodate conventions and business retreats for twenty persons.

The facilities at the Tsapatagh lend themselves well to weddings, baptisms, and other traditional family ceremonies. Furthermore, folkloric events such as Trndez, Tsakhkazard, and Vardavar are celebrated with traditional rituals. For outdoor-minded sports enthusiasts, activities may include hiking, sailing, and riding. Boat trips on the lake may also be organized.

The restaurant features traditional Armenian cuisine, based on fresh local ingredients and regional recipes, creatively reinterpreted and expanded by the Tufenkian culinary team.
